Dissemination is an important component of translation of evidence because if the translation is not disseminated, then no change in care will occur and innovations will not be adopted. Dissemination of EBP help to strengthen the health care system by providing information at all levels of the health care system. In order for a research study to be completed, its findings must be presented at professional forums, published in peer-reviewed journals, and recommendations made regarding how the research findings may be translated into clinical practice.(Curtis et al., 2017). 
The professional journal that I would select to present my research will be American Journal of Nursing (AJN). Peer reviewed and evidence-based, the oldest and most honored broad-based nursing journal in the world is considered the profession’s premier journal which will be a great platform for disseminating my EBP (AJN, n.d.). I would like to present my topic in IHI Patient safety Congress which brings together people who are passionate about ensuring safe, equitable care for all. IHI Congress attendees are especially interested in new approaches that demonstrate systemic improvement in the reduction of harm at various levels – within a team, department, facility, or organization-wide (IHI, n.d.). For a topic like Fall prevention, I think IHI will be a great platform that would help to draw attention of experts and raise constructive criticism of the results, thus getting an opportunity to improve the intervention. Presenting a session or poster at the IHI Patient Safety Congress is an excellent opportunity to highlight the work to improve the safety of patients and those who provide care.
