For various reasons, a thorough grasp of the local healthcare system is essential when designing an EBP deployment (Li, Cao, & Zhu, 2019). First, EBP implementation needs a variety of resources at the local level. Human capital and proper financing are examples of these resources. Skilled human resources are required to offer leadership and the requisite competency throughout EBP implementation. As a result, it is critical to have a thorough awareness of the available human capital at the local level. Second, the organizational structure of the healthcare system at the local level is crucial to the successful implementation of EBP. These include sufficient medical workers, such as nurses, physicians, and other professionals, who are required for the successful implementation of EBP at the local level.
The participation of the local community and agencies is one of my considerations in my transformation project. Involvement of the local community in the change initiative increases the likelihood of its success (Mathieson, Grande, & Luker, 2019). This factor is due to the resultant goodwill, which encourages collaboration among healthcare practitioners and other stakeholders, which is required to implement the anticipated change in society. Another factor that I will analyze is the regulatory environment around the transformation project. It is critical that the project does not break current rules and regulations, particularly those controlling people’s health and safety and their cultural beliefs and customs.
