NUR 440 Week 2 – Experiential Learning Experience

NUR 440 Organizational Behavior Experiential Learning is the process of learning through experience. It allows a learner to be actively involved in the actual experience as well as be able to reflect on that experience. For this project, you are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of observation, reflection, synthesis, and analysis of Organizational Behavior. You will need a preceptor for this assignment. Your preceptor must be in a leadership role and must hold at minimum a BSN, preferable an MSN or higher. Your observation may include direct interviews with leaders and peers; first-hand knowledge of committees you may belong to; leadership meetings you may have attended as well as research you conducted on your organization and other theories within Organizational Behavior. By the end of week two, you will submit your preceptor information to the assignment platform for approval from faculty.
